Here is a stole from a dear friend of mine, Mike. He is now ex-Roman Catholic and “serving” in other ways.
He was a part of my ordination 13 years ago. I have the stole he gave to me then. When he was forced to leave the priesthood, he gave me three stoles. This is one of them. It is also one his mother made for him.
