The Rev. David E. Solomon,

1375 Magazine Street, New Orleans, age 40. He is a minister educated at Louisiana Polytechnic Institute in Rushton.

He said the present constitution cannot be revised because it is too overburdened with amendments and is based in the code Napoleon. He feels that the church has always had and should always have a role in the shaping of society and that his church, The Metropolitan Community Church, is a leader. Among items he advocates are a Riverfront Authority similar to the Vieux Carre Commission and revamping our judicial system, fixing adulthood at age 18.
