Ophelia Hu Kinney (she/her/hers) is the wife of a fearless reformer, the daughter of loving immigrants, and the sister of a hopeful romantic. She is the Director of Communications at Reconciling Ministries Network, an organization advancing LGBTQ justice and inclusion in The United Methodist Church. She is also the Worship Coordinator at HopeGateWay in Portland. She describes herself as a garden-variety queer woman who lives with her wife in Scarborough. She blogs about leaving evangelicalism for the Christian wilderness at QueeringTheKindom.com.
