Mesa First is an Open and Affirming congregation of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). This means we are intentional about building a safe space for Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender, Questioning/Queer, Intersex, Asexual, and others in the spectrum (elsewhere noted as "LGBTQIA+") who are often rejected by the religious and the church.
