Meeting Agendas and Minutes

This section contains the agendas and minutes of the meetings that shaped Rolling the Stone Away into the historic gathering of visionaries it was. Significant items include the 27-page document detailing the Ecumenical Planning Team's first in-person meeting in August, 2016, over a full year before the conference took place; the notes from Planning Team's final virtual meeting, on October 23, 2017, just eight days before RTSA began; and, finally, the debriefing in December 2017, during which planning team members reflected on the conference and on directions for furthering LGBTQ Christian activism in the future. These milestones, along with the additional agendas and minutes in between, provide a rich contextual narrative surrounding the RTSA conference.
