Features Coming Soon

This list is in no particular order, and offers features we hope to soon add to this exhibit so as to give it more nuance and depth.

• Timeline Slider. We will eventually add a timeline slide function so that users can choose a year to view and see what individuals and organizations existed then—and where they did—if those data exist. 
• Artifacts. In addition to tracking groups and individuals, we also want to do this with relevant artifacts important to Boston’s queer religious history. 
• Publications. Same thing with artifacts. Hoping soon to add relevant queer religious publications to the map.
• More Filters. We will in the future add more filters so people can learn more other salient information about each of the congregations’ or centers’ demographics—for example, if it is a predominantly Black church, or if its activism focuses on disability rights.
