Clement as Bishop of New York of the Eucharistic Catholic Church, held at Metropolitan-Duane Church, New York City, on Sunday, October 6, 1974. The booklet includes Bishop Clement’s official portrait, the order of service, and the names of the scheduled principal participants. It names Archbishop Richard A. Marchenna as consecrator and Bishops Emile R. Fairfield and Martin Luther Williams as co-consecrators. Fairfield was ultimately unable to attend the consecration.
